Description – Steep this brilliant red, full-bodied tea to bring out rich layers of cacao, raisins and black cherry. The tea grows in the most unique soft soil in Thailand, making it nutrient dense with a generous and concentrated flavor. This is an excellent tea as an introduction to the world of oolong teas.
Ingredients - Organic oolong tea
Preparation - 1 tbsp of tea per 8oz of water heated to 195 degrees. Recommended steep time is 4 minutes. Re-steep up to two times.
Large tea size will yield approximately 12 cups. Small teas size will yield approximately 6 cups.
